On the visit of the Belarusian delegation to participate in the International Conference «Business Day of the Republic of Belarus» (Brno, Czech Republic)
03.10.2018 г.The Belarusian delegation headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Co-Chairman of the Belarusian part of the Belarusian-Czech Joint Commission on Economic, Industrial, Scientific and Technical co-operation Evgeny Shestakov is on an official visit in the Czech Republic.
On October 3, 2018 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus took part in the International Conference «Business Day of the Republic of Belarus», organized in the framework of the 60-th Jubilee International Engineering Fair «MSV 2018» in Brno.
At the plenary session the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, the Co-Chairman of the Czech part of the Belarusian-Czech Joint Commission on Economic, Industrial, Scientific and Technical co-operation Eduard Muřický, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Miloslav Stašek, the Chairman of the Chamber of Trade and Industry for CIS Countries František Masopust also addressed the meeting.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Czech Republic Valery Kurdyukov presented the status and economic prospects of bilateral co-operation between of the Republic of Belarus and the Czech Republic.
The delegation of the Minsk region headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Minsk regional executive committee Nikolay Rogashchuk informed the participants about the economic, industrial and investment potential of the region.
Within the framework of the conference the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Evgeny Shestakov and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Martin Tlapa discussed bilateral relations, process of implementation of current and prospects of future joint economic and investment projects.
More than 100 representatives of Belarusian and Czech organizations and enterprises took part in the conference «Business Day of the Republic of Belarus».
The exhibitors from the Belarusian State Concern for Oil and Chemistry, the petrochemical and metals industries, some institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus demonstrate wide range of products and recent scientific achievements at the collective exposure of the Republic of Belarus «Made in Belarus».
