On March 13, 2018 the Consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Czechia took place in Prague.
The Belarusian delegation was headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Oleg Kravchenko, the Czech delegation was led by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Jakub Dürr.
During the negotiations the Sides discussed current state and prospects for the development of Belarusian-Czech relations in political, trade and economic spheres, interaction between Belarus and Czechia within international organizations, issues of humanitarian cooperation, the situation in region.
The Sides confirmed the importance of the intensification of contacts at the level of the Foreign Ministries of the two countries and agreed on further practical steps for their development.
The Head of the Belarusian delegation met with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Czechia Martin Stropnický.
The sides discussed the most topical issues on the bilateral agenda.
