Ambassador of Belarus V.Kurdyukov visited Usti Region
06.12.2019 г.On December 6, 2019 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Czech Republic HE Mr Valery Kurdyukov, visited Usti Region of the Czech Republic.
During the visit the Ambassador V.Kurdyukov hold negotiations with the Governor of Usti Region Mr Oldřich Bubeníček, the member of the Regional Board, responsible for investment, Mr Ladislav Drlý, the Chairman of the Regional Chamber of Commerce Mr Jiří Aster and the Head of External and Foreign Affairs Unit of the Department of the Governor Mrs Andrea Kalasová. The Counsellor of the Embassy E.Kaloshkina and the Chairman of the Czech-Belarusian CCI D.Karpovich also took part in the meeting.
The sides discussed status and prospects of bilateral co-operation between the Republic of Belarus and the Czech Republic, the development of contacts at the regional level between Usti Region and the Belarusian partner — Mogilev Region, as well as promising areas for joint projects – agriculture, culture, education, tourism and leisure, plans for bilateral business missions and organization of the regional economic business-forum in 2020.
The parties expressed interest in the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation and the implementation of new joint projects.
